All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received and verified.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.
SHIPPING TIMES
Estimated delivery times within the United States are typically between 3–10 business days after shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, and other factors outside our control.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying orders. Any free shipping offers will be clearly displayed on our website at the time of purchase.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Face Recomfort Clinic is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DELAYED PACKAGES
Face Recomfort Clinic is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged after they have been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery issues.
